There is truly no place like home and since home is where Grant and I have remained for the majoritity of our winter days he has developed a new love for movies. In fact I feel it may just be becoming a problem I may have to address. It's just so difficult to say "no" to him when he wants to watch classics like "The Wizard of Oz." Which is and always will be one of my favorite movies. Anyways, for the past few days I have heard the movie's back ground noise constantly. "Follow the Yellow Brick Road"-"Lions and Tigers and Bears -Oh My", There's No Place Like Home"-and of course the cackling of the wicked witch. He is infatuated with this movie! I just want spring to arrive soon so Grant can be outdoors and be more active! We did get to enjoy about 45 minutes yesterday morning outside-Grant wanted to swing so we put on our mud boots and went out. Refreshing! SOOOOOO refreshing to be outside again!
I have ordered Grant's birthday party supplies and some of the many things I have ordered arrived today in the mail. Excited! Yes, it is pathetic that this is what a stay -at-home mom gets excited about but oh well.
