The Biggest Little Fan

So serious and so intently watching every play.
 We had excellent seats.
I love this picture. Grant knew to take his hat off during the National Anthem.

Not the best pic but it will do. Grant wasn't so sure about the chic I chose to take the picture I think. LOL.
He was in "ready position" for most of the game.  Ready for foul balls- there were lots flying all around us but none right to us.
 Cheering his boys on
 Who's that? David Freese?
Getting the worried look when the Cards started to slip away.
 Lovin every minute of it

Pretending he caught a foul ball so he can "trick people."

Last Friday Jason and I took Grant to the Cardinals/Rangers game.  Grant has been fortunate enough to attend at least one (sometimes more) game per year since he has been born.  He is the BIGGEST LITTLE CARDINAL FAN I know. He will watch a game to it's entirety if we let him. He never gets bored and knows the starting line up and the players better than any kid I have met.  He watches every play and can have an actual discussion about what is happening, what should have happened, and what he wants to happen in the game.  Unfortunately, we did not see a WINNER on Friday.  I thought Grant would take it a lot worse than he did -usually he gets pretty upset if the Cards loose. He was bummed but not to the point of tears (which has happened -believe it or not).  We had a great time with our little buddy and got free Cardinals beer steins too. I hope we are able to get him to another game really soon.
