On the way to Six Flags...notice he has his giraffe buckled in next to him. too funny
Waiting in line at Six Flags
Grant after riding the Screaming Eagle
On the actual roller coaster-right after it stopped
Proud boy!
We went from the fast moving Screamin Eagle to the Looney Toons rides -he was bored with these age appropriate rides
Lines weren't that bad (longest line was about 15 min) -Grant did well with standing in line and waiting his turn
On the ride home-he was so tired
He got this Superman cape at Six Flags and has been wearing it around the house quite a bit.
Jason and I took Grant to Six Flags on Saturday. We took him last year but he wasn't tall enough for several of the rides then but this year he was all about the roller coasters. He is seriously a thrill seeker....the first thing we saw when we got there were those antique cars and asked Grant if he wanted to do that and he responded, "na, I want to do the Screamin Eagle" -apparently there were some rides that were just too boring for him. Actually the first thing we saw when we pulled up to the theme park was only ONE FLAG flying!!! What? It's supposed to be SIX flags!!!! I had told Grant that he will know we are there when he sees SIX flags flying out front. Well -nope...not SIX but ONE! What's with that? We had perfect weather and Grant did not complain or act up once. It was such a fantastic day-We had a blast. Grant rode the Screaming Eagle three times and the Mine Train several times too as well as all of the other major ones (Thunder River, Log Flume, Tidal Wave and the Joker and more). He LOVED IT and so did I! I can't wait til Lane is old enough to go with us -it will be such a treat to have both of my boys to ride with.
