Jason has made the observation that during our milestone years (wedding/births) his favorite sports teams come out on top.
The year we got engaged (2005) Illinois Men's Basketball had an amazing team who went all the way to the Final Four.
The following year-the year we got married (2006) the Cardinals won the World Series.
The year Grant was born (2008) the Triopia Trojan football team won the state championship title.
And now this year (the year our second son will be born) the Cardinals win the World Series again!
