In a Nutshell

This week in a nutshell....
Monday-went grocery shopping, cooked, wrapped Christmas presents and cleaned the house (made chicken and noodles and apple crisp---it was yummy!)
Tuesday- went with Mr. Grant on his first ever field trip to Bomke Pumpkin Patch in Pleasant Plains (more on that to come) -had a ORDC board meeting-then went to see Footloose with my bestie.  Loved the movie! Made me want to dance and bust out my old Footloose soundtrack on cassette tape.
Wednesday-Grant didn't have school -took him to the doctor-found out that his "cold like symptoms" that have been going on for weeks are actually just seasonal allergies. Started him on Claritan for kids and hope that helps him. Went shopping a little, met Aunt Vicki at McDonald's for lunch-and bought a NEW fish (more on that to come as well). I started to feel really cruddy last night (flu like stuff...achy, upset stomach, headache, no energy) so I went to bed early.
Thursday- go get our flu shots (I don't know if I am able to now since I may already have a bug but I definitely need to get Grant vaccinated ASAP before this baby comes-and to the movie store for Grant-he really wants to see "How the Grinch Stole Christmas" (at least someone is there with me on the starting Christmas in late October thing..LOL)
Friday-help at Grants school...Miss Elisha asked me to come to the classroom and help with their craft project. I plan to stay the entire morning to help in any way I can since Miss Elisha wont be there and Miss Amy might need some additional assistance. I am excited about this -I just hope I can start feeling better before tomorrow. Friday night I have to make rattle cupcakes for Vicki's baby shower.
Saturday-drive to Quincy and throw Vicki's baby shower and stay with the folks that night
Sunday-attend a baby shower for Vicki

Ahhh-busy week! But after this week is over it will be smooth sailin
