Raging Rivers

Yesterday was the hottest day of the summer thus far so we chose to spend it at Raging Rivers. We were supposed to go there on the last day of our mini vacation but we got rained out so we hit it back up yesterday. Grant had a blast. We knew he would. He loves water and loves rides. He did the body flume slides numerous times. He smiled and giggled so much that I really thought I would hear some kind of complaint today about his cheeks hurting. Although I didn't get to go on any of the extreme slides I still enjoyed the Lazy River and soaking in the pool. What a fantastic way to spend some family time....pool side with my favorite boys! Ah...life is most certainly good.
The only down side to the trip is that I am an airhead and left my maternity swimsuit there. I know exactly where I left it and approximately what time. Last stall, ladies restroom, on the toilet paper dispenser, at approximately 6:30pm. I called today to inquire about it and hoping they could just send it back to me. Bum deal is -my suit hasn't turned up. And if it hasn't by now it probably won't. Booo hoooo. I liked that suit (as much as one can really like a maternity swimsuit). All I have left are my two pieces (non maternity) and although they fit perfectly (strangely enough) I refuse to let my big ole baby bump just hang out. You should all be thankful for that...I am saving you all from potential nightmares. Hehehehe
