The cake I made Grant to share with his friends here at daycare.
A completely unrelated picture to the tile of this post-but these are the birthday gifts I got from Roger and Sandy -just got them in the mail yesterday -love them. Grant gets to have a 3 day long birthday celebration....starting today! Since his birthday falls on a Sunday and not a school day we are celebrating here at Daycare today. I usually make all my little kiddos cupcakes on their birthdays but I ran out of cupcake liners and asked Grant if it would be ok if I just baked a big cake instead of lots of little cupcakes. He liked this idea (solely because he heard the word "BIG" -I am sure). So this afternoon when his friends get off the bus he will get to eat cake and make a birthday wish before blowing out his candles. Tomorrow he will get to have his birthday party with his family and SUNDAY he will have a chance to celebrate again since it's his actual birthday. FUN FUN!
