Here are some pictures from the concert.....
Considering we didn't get back home from the concert until about 2am it made for an extra long day the following day. Not to mention it was our Cottingham family Christmas at my parents house. Since we have so many birthdays and festivities in December my Mom has opted (for the past few years now) to just have a late Christmas. Grant loved this idea because he thought Christmas was over weeks ago -which of course it was- when I told him that we got to have another Christmas with gifts and fun food and family in January -he was maybe even more excited than he was on the day of our REAL Christmas! We unfortunately were very tired and didn't remember to bring the camera so I have no pictures from this event so sorry about that. My sister Lori had to go to the ER that day because she had to have her gallbladder removed and her husband got sick with the flu so they missed the fun...my niece, Mallory wasn't feeling well and had a fever...my other sister, Ashley and her family blew out a tire on the way there....but even with all of the craziness it was still a very pleasant family Christmas.
My parents gave us an antique rocker and I just adore it!!!
Grant's Aunt Vicki gave him a Ziggle for Christmas and he had to try it out right away...it's a lot of fun..unless you try to make it go in the snow as seen in the above picture...GOOFBALL
This is the Christmas gift from my parents. It looks really nice in the front yard...it will look even better in spring and summer when it's surrounded by green grass instead of mud and muck.
