We loved this picture of Grant so much that we made it into a poster to hang in his bedroom. Such a cute little ballplayer right?
He loved Tball so much we are considering signing him up for Fall Ball. We'll see.
He was so proud of his (5th place) metal. He slept with it for several nights and packed it around with him everywhere he went.

Jay and I went to the Cards game last Saturday. Yes, the temperture that day was 106 but it was not that bad because we got some shade and had cold drinks. Always a great time at the ballpark.

Grant has been going to swim lessons at Illinois College all of this week (and it will continue next week as well). He LOVES it! And I LOVE to watch him.
Grant got to hold a snake at the reptile show at the Jacksonville Public Library a few weeks ago. Such a brave boy!
He got chosen first to hold an animal. I think he may have stuck out like a sore thumb with his t-ball metal around his neck and wearing his momma's HUGE sunglasses. LOL

Grant has and always will be a HUGE fan of books and the library. He's really into reading books about space, planets, and presidents (Abraham Lincoln to be more specific)
Grant came down with a fever last week-took him to the doc only to find out he had strep throat.
