A year ago today my little boy broke his little foot and had to get it casted. That was such a sad day for me as his mother. No Mommy wants to see their little one hurt and all casted up! I am reminded of how awesome he did though and it makes me proud and puts a smile on my face. He never whined, whimpered, or cried once and just sat there and let the docs do their thing. Such a brave -tough boy!
Notice in the pictures from a year a go today (May 3) he is wearing SHORTS! Just as we should be now too -ugh not having to deal with 50 degree temps. No fun. Hey but I will take the cold weather any day over another broken bone. Although now that I think about it some more-maybe I had him in shorts then because it was too tough to get pants over his cast?????????
