On our last day in the windy city Vicki and I found ourselves with so much spare time in Chicago that we literally didn't know what to do with ourselves. Of course we walked Michigan Avenue and shopped a bit but we wanted to make more memerable moments so we decided to go to Millennium Park and ice skate at their outdoor ice skating rink. Both Vicki and myself have only went ice skating one other time (several years ago when we were much more limber and youthful) so this experience was not only exciting but a bit unnerving as well. There were so many people there skating it was unreal! I can however, say that neither one of us wiped out-not even once! Something I am quite proud of. It was a bit on the frigid side but we soon warmed up after nearly 2 hours of skating! We had a fantastic time and it was definitely something I will most definitely not forget.
